1. what else can the machine weave besides carbon fiber?

apart from carbon fiber, this machine can also weave kevlar, fiberglass, basalt fiber, quartz fiber, UHMWPE and etc.

2. the machine is constitute of how many sections?

the machine is actually a complete line that includes rapier loom section, the weft supply section, the tension bracket section, the warp supply section(creel for carbon fiber bobbins), and sometimes off-loom winding section if customer requires.

3. what are the patterns can be woven?

unidirectional, plain, twill, satin

4. can you machine weave spread tow fabric?

it is still in R&D period, hopefully we can release the spread tow weaving machine in next year.

5. can you machine weave 2.5D 3D carbon fiber?

this machine cannot weave 2.5D or 3D carbon fiber fabric, but we do have other model that can weave 2.5D 3D fabric.

6. what is the fabric width your loom can weave?

normally carbon fiber fabric width is 1000mm, 1200mm, 1500mm, 1700mm, more wider width is also available according to your reuqirement.

7. how much space do I need to put one complete line?

at least 7000mmX13000mm space for one complete line.

8. what dimension of bobbin of be loaded onto you creel?

9. does the weave of carbon fiber require a space of constant temperature and humidity?
