Adopt rigid rapier and positive weft insertion make it possible to weave high-quality advanced fiber reinforced fabrics.
Special parts and materials are used on the passages and channel for fibers to minimize fiber damage, like steel heddles.
No trimmed selvedge to reduce the waste of weft yarn and lower down the production cost.
Even tension controll by tension bracket and bobbin rack with fixed single warp yarn channel.
Winding of carbon fabric is realized by a pneumatic expanding shaft and paper tube, to make sure even arraying and easy doffing.
Unwinding creels ensure all the warp withstands a same and minimum tension, to realize continuous and safe production
Optional configuration like warp stop motion by infrared sensor, knot-free tying device can be offered.
